I have made so many things from this book and I cannot rave enough. The pictures are stunning and the recipes are very easy to follow. I made the Squash Fritters (a perfect meal in itself) are perfect for fall. We are also in love with the Pumpkin and Amaranth porridge. I made extra to freeze and was able to use some homegrown pumpkin to put it. Breakfast has never been better. I also am partial to the Oat Milk and Strawberry Smoothie, which is breakfast in a cup.
The Vibrant Table are healthy, delicious and appealing to everyone. The recipes read like a conversation with your friend. I think a copy of this would make a perfect gift as well as for a host or hostess.
