The recipes inspire you to get outside and enjoy the day. The themed menus allow you to strike the perfect culinary note with friends and family. I am a huge fan of the Salad Jars which are chock full of beets, tomatoes, Cucumber, Pineapple, Dill Salad, Herby Citrus Quinoa and even sunflower seeds. They look as gorgeous as they taste. Bonus: these are great to take on camping trips; simply pack in your cooler and away you go. I cannot wait to throw a Bohemian Picnic and Beach Barbecue.
I especially like to finish my day with a drink from the Romantic Picnic chapter: Lime, Mint Spritzer with Cucumber Ribbons. It brings delicious refreshment to a new level.
